@XtinaGhastly @ZaraRahim Also, you shouldn’t have to fulfill your end of the contract, rent, if they don’t fulfill theirs, repairs. You will always win that one in court. It’s basic lease terms.

@ZaraRahim My landlord isn’t even fulfilling maintenance requests (I get why, of course, but we have a leak under our kitchen sink and we’re hoping they don’t accuse us of letting it go for too long) but they sure did remind us where we can send the rent check to.

My landlord owns just my unit and the one downstairs so I’m pretty grateful for this because I wasn’t expecting it at all.
