I've no one I can lean on, no safety nets in place for when things go wrong, no one coming in for the save.. its just me.
So I tend to burn the candle at three ends and if I let up even a little, I'm that much further behind. This last January is proof of that. Its tough!

I understand people are coming from a good place when they say these things… but in my circumstances, failure is genuinely not an option. I’ve got nobody coming to save me, nobody to lean on, nobody waiting to catch me if I fall. I’m grateful I love my work, but I feel that people telling me to let off the gas truly don’t understand what it means to be the only person you can count on.
