@Starbucks can you explain why your branch in Antalya airport won’t provide drinking water for children? What an absolute disgrace! I was informed if they can make money on it then they won’t provide it. Absolutely appalling!

Great community spirit today as nearly 30 adults and 12 children, many from @woodburnps took part in a litter pick around the estate!

@EdSciFest charging £8 per adult to wait while your children do activities is beyond disappointing. What we thought would be a family day has turned into standing around waiting for the kids. Plenty of room in the workshop areas.

@McDonaldsUK charging £39 to arrange a £5 refund due to a fault on your app is outrageous. I expect someone to contact me regarding a refund asap.
