Vitalik himself spoke a lot about this issue and the first project that solves it will dominate... But when you dig in, privacy is also a massive pillar that needs to be addressed... Once AI systems get a handle on temporal patterns to the extent that they can currently model spatial relationships (such as a static corpus of all language) we’ll see Future Oracles cooperate and compete.
