Down 3.6 lbs in March. That's 46.2 lbs since ApeFest in October of last year. Those 4 ish lbs don't seem like a lot, but I feel like I've shed way more. It may be time to go get a legit muscle/fat test done and add some more walking to the mix. Still lifting weights, clothes fitting looser (some comically too baggy), and eating proper. I'm able to do some stuff that I know I wouldn't have been able to do months ago. Like hiking up fucking mountains for fun. Or finding a gym to lift in while traveling. No excuses. Even the Hevy app knows it's all about The Club.

last night I saw something by the pond I drove down and videoed I had full battery when I left the house 4 sec video drained my battery 3 minutes later all the crickets and frogs stopped I gotta lot of guns but I don’t think they’ll be useful I think it’s time to move
