I would add one caveat: If you transferred once or less and you got your bachelor's ... and you never turned pro ... you get a sixth year wherever you want, but you must spend that year. You can get a postgrad degree ... and you'll only be 24, likely. Make college mean something.

This is not a Democrat or Republican issue to me. This is common sense. I love college sports and what they (are supposed to) represent. A talented young person should find a place where s/he can be remembered for a long time. Present model, or lack thereof, isn't sustainable.
