@dardanidae1 It’s 100% deconstruction. Most of us don’t know the level of that deconstruction, but we can see from the casting, dialogue, inspiration from or blatantly pulling from Emily Wilson’s liberal, feminist translation of the story, that it is deconstruction.

@aenazjaden I cover sports. I do this for a living. Plus, this is the kind of double standard that needs to be called out. I don’t care for much of the WNBA, neither do the vast majority of Americans, but the idea of “if you don’t like it, shut up” is silly.
