So what any normal person will respond to this with: "So what do we do if someone commits crime", to which you will respond something to the effect of (based on the 10 times i had this conversation before) "we will form a new different organization tasked with enforcing laws that isn't corrupt"
So great, you're just reforming the police, but making it sound like you want to get rid of police entirely to any normal person who doesn't go out of their way to get you to explain yourself and sound like a reasonable person.

There are myriad personal injury claims for dog attacks out there because it can be a very disabling trauma, especially for a cop who has a physical job.
