Marc Angel emphasises that we need a structure for discussion intergenerational solidarity between the institutions. Decisions today have an impact on future generations, especially when thinking of green regulations.

Our health systems are nothing without our health workers. Across the EU, we are missing 1.2M health workers. Shortages lead to higher job strain, discouraging new talent. We need urgent action to protect our social model.
