@Matalan do i need to return the 2 hangers with the items as this makes the package hard to carry on the bus and walk to my post office as it more than doubles the size of the package

@Matalan absolutely awful customer service!! Ordered two cushions online showing on @_evride1ivery as out for delivery since 13th March. Extremely frustrating poor customer service communications can only offer me a refund unable to send out replacement items

@Matalan My first order on the website never arrived, I reached out via chat yesterday and was told a refund would be issued. Although they didn't refund the shipping fee, and only issued a refund for the items? Surely that isn't right?

Ordered a parcel from Matalan December 25th. Royal Mail dumped it on my doorstep In view of the road. Went to find it in my ‘safe place’ wrong place ffs. £32 out of pocket . Nearly 5 weeks and no news compensation or explanation. Not shopping here again @Matalan
