@TizzyEnt It is not the building itself that is an issue. It is the exterior stairs/walkways for accessing the units that appear to be structurally compromised. The property owners have been directed to replace them so the building can be occupied safely.

@TizzyEnt The letter was to the property owners and only says residents were advised of the need to vacate the building, but not how tenants were notified. It puts the onus on the property owners to vacate tenants, and, I assume, re-housing them since there were valid leases in place.
