#Panthers Xavier Leggette has come under fire and it’s been fair game. But he’s been nothing but kind, amiable, and he’s working as hard as he can to make sure he gives the @Panthers his best and to turn the corner in his career. That’s all we can ask. She was beautiful, brave, strong, and an actual hero. She wasn't DEPRESSED. She was happy. She fell in love with a man and he with her. That's the story of MOST GIRLS AND WOMEN. Nobody complained that she was a woman. Nobody called her “problematic” for being feminine or attractive. The movie made over $800 million worldwide. Men bought tickets in droves. Women did too. So spare me the excuses, lady. If your movie flops, it won’t be because men “own women’s bodies.” It’ll be because it’s probably shit — just like most of the recent girlboss flops. Wonder Woman proved that audiences have zero problem with strong female leads. We just have a problem with unlikeable, preachy, or poorly written ones.
