So I created a strategic career canvas a couple months ago, where you plan out 5-10 years in the future & build out your ‘executive platform.’ It’s gotten good feedback & seems to work. Leaning towards open sourcing it. Thoughts/perspectives welcome 🙏

I have a question for @HomeDepot: Given that I have a card that's good for Store Credit, why can't I check the value online or over the phone when I call the store? You do realize that it's 2019, correct? I'm actually trying to order something and want to use the credit...

Trying to move my wife to @TMobile was one of the biggest mistakes of my marriage. Now on my 5th support person over two days, each of whom makes things worse. They've given up and punted to Apple after effectively disabling the phone.

@scottsanchez @lcooney I had the same thought but I've been amazed at how many people still want the piece of paper. If you're seriously looking for a job, it's a great forcing function to see how to tell (and measure!) your personal story.

Yesterday I learned that many ‘leadership’ or ‘career coaches’ will offer folks looking for a job a ‘resume edit & review’ for the ridiculous cost of $2500++. Don’t do it. If these ‘coaches’ can’t do more than edit your resume, you aren’t getting your money’s worth.
