Just a friendly reminder these people will rob you blind! Adding additional lines inshore unbeknownst to the person so their employees can pad their commissions. Then they make you pay and pay while they “investigate it”… @TMobile is shady from top to bottom!

Watch out when you go into @TMobile , they like to rip people off by secretly adding new lines to inflate your bill and their pockets then take weeks to resolve and force people to pay the overages. Avoid T-Mobile at all costs.

They need to stop allowing orders on their business website! Ordered an iPad Pro and completely paid for it total over $1,600 June 13th not a payment plan… never received it, been told a refund would be applied to the card on 3 different dates now and still haven’t got it back. Now I guess I will have to report it to the credit card company!

I guess I spoke to soon, still haven’t got my refund on an iPad Pro, over $1,600 on credit card, never received the product, have proof it was a scam turns to warehouse June 19th… I never even got possession of it. Getting very frustrated! DO NOT ORDER anything on their business website!

@Apple my less than 1 year phone won’t charge. We have done everything to fix it. 3 stores @TMobileHelp @BestBuy and going round and round in circles. Everyone sends us somewhere else. Who can help? It is under warranty with Apple and T-Mobile. Come on customer service.

iPhones are a joke. Mine overheats as soon as I take video or edit photos or go off WiFi . @AppleSupport says its bcuz I use it too much. BS. Every previous 1 handled me using it 4 work. My teenager- same issue. @TMobile replaces hers. Mines only 6 months old so stuck w/ it.

@TMobileHelp Greetings T Mobile, I love T Mobile. I may have found an error, not sure. My equipment balance was $68 before you charged the $95 or so for this month. The main balance was about negative $550 before this months. The balance is now about negative $450 and the equipment balance didn't move it's still $68. The monthly bill without the equipment balance is about $75. What happened to the other $20 or so? Also, we need to look at the past 4 months because this may have happened during previous months and we didn't realize until now. Please help. Thank you. Mark Pine
