@TMobileHelp My account was not canceled on May 26. My business plan agreement has never had any device on a payment plan/agreement attached so I asked for same day cancellation and have had back to back bills. Your fraud deparyment is apparently no longer reacheachable too.

@TMobileHelp help I have been complaining for 4 months now about the lack of service and calls I’m not receiving. On July 4th I lost my god child and couldn’t get the call and now trying to cancel service I can’t even call them without doing the most to get service

Can confirm that Srini Gopalan does not know what the f*** he is doing. @TMobile is now terrible. Home internet not working any more and customer service takes two hours to tell you they can’t help you. Be me. Sign up for @TMobile in October of last year. Order a watch cause it was cool. November, never get watch and they cancel it. Give you other issues with help. Finally in January of this year you contact @TMobileHelp and they say sorry and proceed to screw you over.

Best part is. They make you 2 brand new lines. Get you a new watch. Never comes in. Do an investigation that lasts til March. Say you are screwed, so go in store for help, @TMobileHelp can't do anything. Go to the store. They cancel the order, but never the lines.
