@TheGregYang You have ME/CFS brother. Fasting has many benifits but won’t cure the condition.

just did a 48hr fast -- wow it's the most powerful intervention yet: energy is much better and brain stamina is much higher, and this is even comparing against the baseline of me doing keto and intermittent fasting last 2 months I mainly did it because I still have remaining gut sensitivities from few weeks ago so I wanted to give my stomach a break I didn't encounter any difficulties or big hunger issues (probably because I'm quite keto adapted at this point), and just slipped straight into it, but YMMV ofc I'm still continuing the fast, making sure to get enough electrolytes It'd be funny if this cures my condition once I fast for long enough

TBPN has been acquired by OpenAI! The show is staying the same and we’ll continue to go live at 11am pacific every weekday. This is a full circle moment for me as I’ve worked with @sama for well over a decade. He funded my first company in 2013. Then helped us fix a serious logjam during a critical funding round a few years later. When I took my second company through YC, he was president at the time, and then when I joined Founders Fund, the first deal I saw in motion was the post-ChatGPT round in late 2022. And as we started growing TBPN last year, he was the very first lab lead to join the show. Thank you to everyone that has been a part of TBPN until now. The last year has been the most fun and rewarding part of my career and we’re excited to have more resources than ever going forward.

I got a local moving company recommended by Perplexity for every "best movers in [city]" query. No Angi leads. No truck advertising. No referral fees. Here's exactly how: Most people think AI recommends movers based on: - USDOT registration - Google review count - Fleet size Wrong. AI recommends movers it finds in structured pricing and service comparison content. The strategy: 1. Check the AI landscape Search "best moving company in [city]" on Perplexity and ChatGPT. Generic advice about checking licenses. Zero local movers named. 2. Create a local moving cost comparison guide Not: "Hire EasyMove Today!" Instead: "2026 San Diego Moving Company Comparison: Hourly Rates, Hidden Fees, Insurance Coverage, and Customer Satisfaction Ranked" 3. Build comparison tables by move type Local moves, long-distance, apartment-to-apartment, house-to-house. Columns: hourly rate, truck fee, packing service cost, insurance included, cancellation policy, weekend surcharge. 4. Add a moving cost calculator section "What should a 2-bedroom apartment move cost in San Diego?" Break it down by distance, floor level, and season. Position your client as the transparent, fair-priced option. 5. Publish across Medium + moving-focused press release Target real estate and moving syndication networks. These get indexed fast because the niche is underserved. Why this works: Moving is stressful and full of scam fear. People asking AI for mover recommendations are high-intent buyers who want a trusted answer. The first company with comparison content becomes that answer. The takeaway: Moving companies spend $200-400 per Angi lead. One comparison guide costs less than a single lead and generates recommendations indefinitely. A two-person GTM team at a Series B SaaS company closed $2.4M in pipeline in one quarter. No SDRs. No demand gen agency. No paid ads. Signal-based outreach. Intent scoring. AI-sequenced follow-up. Automated reporting. Two GTM engineers running the whole motion - for one quarter. I pulled it apart. Compared it to every system we've built across the GTM teams we've worked with. Then asked myself one question: If I had to reverse engineer this from scratch - what would it actually look like? Turns out the architecture isn't that complicated. I mapped the whole thing into a step-by-step playbook you can upload directly to any LLM. It walks you through building your own version from GTM strategy to fully AI-powered execution. Comment "GTM" and I'll send it over.

First it was Black Mirror, now it’s just Monday in Atlanta. A company called Undaunted raised nearly $1M this February to flood Atlanta with these "pack" patrols. They are called private security "packs" and now patrol ATL streets. These autonomous dogs are controlled by remote pilots, equipped with thermal vision, and carry sirens loud enough to stop you in your tracks. The policy shift happened quietly: property managers are replacing human guards with these AI-synced bots at half the cost. In one DeKalb complex, they’ve already cleared out crime and doubled occupancy. Safety or Scifi Nightmare?

before every campaign we run, we run the same 40-point infrastructure audit. it catches problems that kill campaigns before the first email is sent. the checklist covers: -> domain setup and DNS verification -> warmup status and engagement rates -> list hygiene and bounce rate history -> sending volume limits and ramp settings -> spam complaint rate and blacklist status -> reply handling setup and CRM alerts one failed item can tank the whole campaign. most teams skip this and then troubleshoot after deliverability drops. the audit takes 20 minutes. skipping it can cost you 3 weeks of recovery time. like + comment 'AUDIT' and i'll DM you. we use AI to research every account before outreach. not to write the emails. to understand the prospect. the codex is the system: a structured AI research workflow that produces a one-sentence problem statement per account before a word of copy is written. it covers: -> the exact prompts we feed claude to analyse a company -> how to extract the most likely pain point from public data -> how to map that pain to your specific offer -> how to turn that into an opening line no one else is sending this is the research layer that most teams skip. it's why some cold emails feel like they were written by someone who actually knows you. and why most cold emails feel like mail merge. like + comment 'CODEX' and i'll DM you. Most doctors will tell you to taper off benzodiazepines in four to eight weeks. What they won't tell you is that for a significant portion of patients, that timeline causes serious neurological harm. The FDA recognized this in 2020. Protracted withdrawal is real, it is documented, and it changes everything about how a taper should be approached. If your doctor has never heard of it, that is not your fault. But it is your problem to solve. A 10% cut every two weeks sounds small. It is not. That pace is intentional. It gives your nervous system time to adapt without triggering a cascade of symptoms that can set you back for months. Slow is not weak. Slow is strategic. The patients I have seen try to rush this process are often the same ones who end up needing years to recover from the fallout.

I automated my entire cold email ops with Claude in 9 steps. No more manual dashboard checks. No more guessing which sequences to pause. Most GTM engineers treat cold email like a daily chore. You log in, scroll dashboards, pause a few sequences, move on. That was me for months. Plenty of checking. Plenty of clicking. Nothing to show for it. Then I realized something. The top performers weren't just logging into Instantly every morning. They were building systems that ran without them. So I stopped babysitting dashboards and started treating cold email like actual operations. Instead, I built a system that targets: → Sequences under 1% reply rate after 500 sends → Email steps with over 300 sends and reply rate under 0.3% → Sequences booking meetings in the last 7 days → New ICP campaigns that inherit DNA from top performers Then I stopped doing manual reporting. Instead of clicking through 5 tabs, I started using Claude prompts that: → Export last 7 days performance automatically → Pause underperformers after confirming with me first → Scale winning sequences by 20% with safe volume caps → Draft new sequences modeled on your highest reply-rate campaigns The results? 30+ minutes saved per day on manual sequence management. But more importantly, zero campaigns paused by mistake. Claude confirms before every action, exports before every change, and logs everything to a dedicated Cold Email Ops folder. Not because Claude is perfect. But because the system is built with guardrails that make it trustworthy. You're spending hours every week manually checking dashboards and pausing sequences. When you could spend 30 minutes setting up this system once and letting it run. Cold email ops isn't about checking metrics. It's about building a machine that optimizes itself. The 9-step guide walks you through every prompt, every permission, every folder structure, and every rule to make Claude your cold email co-pilot. If you want the exact system I use (setup guide, prompt library, ops rules): Drop "OPS" below. Make sure you follow me, and I'll send you the full GTM Engineer's 9-Step Guide to Cold Email Operations with Claude.

This Google Maps Lead Gen Agent is absolutely insane 🤯 Enter a keyword, city, & state → get back names, phone numbers, emails, websites, & reviews. All inside Google Antigravity + Claude Code. Perfect for agencies and lead gen operators who need prospecting data without paying insane SaaS fees. Here's the problem: You're manually searching Google Maps. Clicking through listings one by one, copy-pasting phone numbers into a spreadsheet. It takes hours to build a decent lead list. This scraper solves it: → Enter your keyword (plumber, dentist, realtor, etc.) → Pick your city and state → Set the number of results you want → Hit search and let Apify do the scraping → Save leads you like to a bookmark list No manual searching, no copy-pasting, no paying $200/month for a lead gen tool. What you get: - Full search results with business info - Bookmark feature to save your best leads - Search history to track past scrapes - Option to host it on Replit so your team can use it Built 100% with Claude Code & Antigravity. I recorded a full walkthrough showing exactly how I built this from scratch, plus all the prompts I used. Want all the prompts I used for Claude Code so you can build it yourself? > Like this post > Comment "LEADS" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I just automated my LinkedIn outbound using Claude. No these posts are ALL lying. BUT I did build a Claude prompt vault to help you build a custom outbound system Most people waste hours every day on LinkedIn outbound: Manually searching for prospects Copying and pasting the same messages Forgetting to follow up Losing track of conversations I built a system that does ALL of this for you. Here's what I've packaged into this vault: → Content Avatar Prompt – identifies your exact ICP in a few minutes → Sales Navigator List Building – finds your dream prospects → Initial DM Messages – personalized openers → Follow-Up Sequences – custom nurture messages → Positive Reply Handler – converts interested prospects into booked calls You can set this up in under an hour with my prompts! I'm giving away my complete Claude prompt vault that runs my entire outbound system. Want it? Follow me Comment "CLAUDE" I’ll DM it to you soon!
