Obama Judge Jeb Boasberg, the activist judge who told Chief Justice Roberts that he would defy SCOTUS and rule against Trump on everything has said he will NOT appear before a Senate hearing to testify on rogue judges. @KevinMNelsonUSA The other night in a restaurant I saw a young man and a young lady sitting at a table ordering their dinner. It appeared to me to be the first or second date. It was just lovely to see the excitement in their eyes, their laughter, and the possibilities.

Relationships Pt2: Godly Dating; Doing it God's Way in an Age of Impurity. (A Christian Perspective) We are living in an age of increased indifference and opposition to God's standards for how to live our lives. Society has declared morality "subjective", declaring, "Who's to say whether something is right or wrong?" Meanwhile... Every phone, every computer, every magazine, every TV screen, and every billboard now holds the potential to, and often does, display images meant to appeal to viewers through s3xuality and s3xualizing literally everything. This isn't entirely new. Having a beautiful woman in a tight white shirt drink a can of soda with the wind flowing through her hair and a bead of glistening sweat roll down her face, sold a lot of soda in the 1990's. I can tell you that the soda didn't become any more or less delicious because of the sales-pitch, but the company capitalized on the natural male psyche to make sure their product was remembered, and to some extent, the female psyche which may have also been engaged to think, "That's what women who men find attractive, drink. I want to be like her." Before you know it, the simple act of drinking a beverage became about being "s3xy" and soda sales were looking great that quarter... Technology has increased the volume at which we visually ingest all of this or need to avoid doing so. We are being bombarded daily with images at a rate that now mimics the speed at which all other information travels. Almost everything is seemingly being driven by a campaign to manipulate the physical perception of yourself and the opposite s3x while also feeding a subtle but rapid decay of all self-awareness when it comes to modesty for- some women, or discipline and self-control when it comes to pursuing what has tempted- some men. For example, those tight black stretch pants might be comfortable, and society will say, "if you got it, flaunt it", and "you should be proud of your body", but as I like to say- "back in my day, we called those 'tights' and they were worn under dresses (for a reason)." A woman can be attractive without pushing the limits of how much of every curve and wrinkle of their shape they are willing to accentuate for everyone to see. Similarly, men who have not learned to guard their eyes, hearts and minds to this frequent visual assault on their already mating-focused brains, and have not chosen to follow a Godly path when it comes to physical intimacy and rejecting lust, may now see a "goal to be achieved", instead of a "daughter of God to be loved." Proverbs 4:23 “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Simultaneously, people, especially men, are becoming so desensitized to the hidden beauty of the opposite s3x (because there isn't much they haven't already seen just walking through Walmart on a random Tuesday), that the next logical step for a hyper-s3xualized society was for everything to get tighter, shorter, or non-existent, to once again harness the attention of others, and/or to achieve the false standard of the world: that outward beauty and "s3x appeal"=important person=adoring fans and popularity. If you are older than 30, you've watched this evolve to new levels in real time. Everything that Victoria couldn't quite keep a secret, is, to some extent, now on full display. Society has also normalized "trying the milk before buying the cow", or "taking it for a test drive before signing the lease." You know I'm not talking about cows and cars. With the latest demonic rise of identity confusion, you may even have people say things like, "I need to look under the hood first to make sure the cow isn't really a bull." In the end, all of these things are working together to undermine the natural and God-given physical attractions between a man and a woman, and pervert the Godly design for how and when to take the next step, The God Standard. As we continue a little deeper on this topic, it's important to do so without shame for what you may have done in the past. When we fall short of God's standard, in this or any area of our lives, we repent and go forward realigned with what God says on the subject. It's also important to clarify that when we talk about "Godly dating" from a "Christian perspective", what we are really talking about is "courtship", which has an eventual end goal of marriage, versus the world's often boundaryless definition of dating, which is usually "just have fun and don't concern yourself with whether they are husband or wife material." The world's idea of "casual dating" is typically spending time with someone (or multiple different someone's at different times), no clear end goal, except maybe (Can I be real with you?) to see where the boundaries are and get a little somethin' somethin', doing things you shouldn't be doing. That's how the world operates. God has a better way. That's not to say you can't have coffee with someone or spend time with someone on a "date" unless you walk into it already planning to marry them. That would be silly. The point is, if you have no desire to get married to anyone, any time soon, what are you even doing? Dating (versus going out with a group of friends) with no desire to get married is just building deep emotional connections that only amplify physical attractions, and you are setting up yourself (and them) for a possible failure in keeping things pure, and/or heart break if there is no onramp to a committed life together on the table. Can you imagine getting to adulthood and being unable to figure out how to get a copy of your birth certificate? It's not rocket science, and for anyone who has gotten married in the past 50 years, or applied for a Real ID, you probably already went through the process of finding it or getting a copy.
