Not only does Christopher have over 50 MILLION followers online with @LIVEpositivity … He’s also never hired a consultant before! I’m proud to say he trusted me to be the first. Like so many huge profiles - they’ve lived in the trenches for 10yrs and built an empire through consistent daily trial and error. He’s done it all organically. He didn’t come to me for reach - he just needed systems that work for better quality leads and sales. Stop taking advice from gurus selling vanity. Start installing the structure the big players use to stay big.

I promise my posts will get more positive, but we have to see these patterns.

burnout hit a 6-year high in the US at the same time, the global wellness industry is forecast to reach $9 trillion by 2028 health is the #1 industry in the US it's bigger than the entire GDP of Germany 🤯 mental wellness is its fastest growing segment, sleep tech is on track to 5x in the next decade, mental health apps will nearly double by 2030 the math is almost too clean - more suffering, more market a lot of people are getting very rich solving something that is getting worse every year I don't know what to do with that - I just think it's worth sitting with

Engineered engagement at its worst. When you are online a lot, you try a lot of experiments. When you find something that works you double down. Today we have 10yrs+ of anger, belittling, bullying, being the WWE heel for a living. It’s literally like a WWE bad guy giving you advice. Dressing it up as intelligent pill to take. Dont conform - instead “buy my online trading course where I earn commission on all your one time and quit deposits”. Then when that didn’t work - “get my university course and BE A REAL MAN”. Terrifying stuff. Problem is our kids are influenced by them and start their own way. Talking with their friends less and shouting at the camera for attention. Someone like Simon can change it. @MrBeast has - he’s not gone the way of the dark side & has helped 10,000’s of people around the world. Anger and “funny” banter at people’s expense just gets more views. Then it gets a script and a formula. Then 20yrs later we have a ton of very angry entitled people that are willing to go a little bit further than the last for likes. The light just needs reconfiguring. Support positivity.

I just watched this Netflix documentary and I think the contents of it are disgusting. As a quite large social media influencer myself, I see firsthand the absolute crap that some people peddle online about life and about relationships. And I worry that when we give these people a platform via Netflix, we just increase the awareness of their bs…

Marketing is going to get a lot more personalised and individual. And I don’t mean ads with your name in… I mean products and services that don’t move forward will get beaten by the ones prepared to do +% extra. Cold outreach should be warm at worst. No more excuses.

@auntybisi_ @web3quickbites You called it. I see so much of this community building when really it’s just a campaign dressed up to build momentum… then nothing. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t but community is a constant rather than a box to tick.

Most Web3 "communities" disappear the second the airdrop ends. That's not community. That's a campaign. Real community stays when there's nothing to claim. New @web3quickbites episode breaks down the difference, and why it matters for retention. Link to full episode in the comments..

Nobody cares about the 100 experiments you did that didn’t work. They see that only as failure. You must see it as learnings. It’s how quickly you accept the learning and try the next iteration When someone’s teaching you something that works - Respect how much went into it.

Nikita launched this retarded feature and it was immediately forgotten and left unused. They have 60 employees. It’s beyond me how this guy hasn’t been fired seeing he clearly belongs in some big corpo machine. Elon lost his balls.

If someone else is doing it, it’s proven it can be done. The ONLY question you have to ask yourself is this: Are you willing to do whatever it takes to get there?

@nikitabier @reddit_lies So the boost in replies for premium+ members can still be downvoted? Could we pin our favourite comments to the top too?

Just to be abundantly clear: It only appears on Replies and it will be used purely for ranking & personalization of that section. The Reply Algorithm is currently is the worst product in the company. There is no logic, no signal, just garbage. Replies could be ordered randomly with crypto spam at the top and it would probably be better than the current system.

Reddit Lies
Reddit Lies@reddit_lies·
This is a bad idea. One of the reasons Reddit is so bad was because of the upvote/downvote system. If dislikes suppress posts in the timeline, X will rapidly descend into an echochamber.
R A W S A L E R T S@rawsalerts

🚨#BREAKING: X (formerly Twitter) has officially begun rolling out a new “Dislike” button for replies. Dislike counts won’t be visible publicly instead, they’ll be used privately to help improve reply rankings and overall conversation quality, similar to how Reddit’s downvote system works.

Social intelligence is everywhere you just need to know how to look for it. How else would I know @katiewaissel24 & @simonsquibb are spurs fans. You can do the same with your customers when you know them really well, who they follow and open activity patterns. Also… COYS!

There has been a shift. The algorithms know what keeps you on the platform longest… It’s not the people you follow. You’ll know on ANY SOCIAL PLATFORM, that shift has happened already. You won’t see their content as much. Instead what the algorithm knows you love is the discovery of something new that you’re likely to enjoy more. It’s not social media It’s not even “interest media” It’s shiny object media So knowing this - your content HAS TO SHOUT to the category you are in. Your job is to attract and contain - meaningfully. Not shouting at the camera and putting on a “influencer show”. The good news is when you know this you can be discovered more whilst others sit and complain how their reach isn’t as good as last year. Fill all the gaps. Post videos. Post articles. Post breakdowns. Post case studies. Post client reviews (and tag people) Post threads. Join communities. Post in communities. Join in with meaningful dm groups. Leave the most meaningful, thought through replies anyone has ever seen. And most importantly do it all tapping on the screen (or on your laptop) without bot (agent), 3rd party schedulers or api assistance. The extra effort you take is the shortcut.

The only cmos that used this are the ones that go straight to LinkedIn to brag about it. Reality is we were all doing the things this promises 12 months ago. Yes. 12.
