Getting caught up on the Lions media zoom session with Greg Dortch (I was driving during the interview time) and he mentions some iteration of "I love football" at least 12 times. Also brought up his "grit" and passion for playing. Easy to see why the Lions liked Dortch

@CHEN313 @DetLionsPodcast I suppose that's possible, but IMO it's more likely Sheppard leaves for a HC job--and I don't think the Lions defensive performance will weigh a lot on that unless they're terribad.

In 2021, of D.J. Wonnum’s 935 snaps along the defensive line, he spent 111 snaps in the C-gap and 39 snaps in the B-gap. During his career at South Carolina (1,945 snaps), he logged 165 snaps in the C-gap and 21 snaps in the B-gap. At 6’5”, 258 pounds with 34 1/8” arms and 10 1/2” hands, there may be some untapped potential for Wonnum to rush from the interior on occasion.

Taking on the 7-round Mock Draft for the Ourlads Draft guide today It is inevitable 2 or 3 guys are going to fall a lot more than some are projecting because of the numbers game. Who do you think falls 10-15 spots below what most think?
