Dude says he can name 5 then doesn’t name 5. Luther and mcmillian for sure. But after them theres not many more you can argue. And of course he wouldn’t because SEC has depth and it’s not needed.
That doesn’t change that he’s still elite at both. Also you can’t say “in fact” when you’re basing off of “ifs”😂

Ashton Jeanty currently leads all RB’s in the nation in… • Carries • Yards • Yards per carry • Rushing TD’s • Most 30+, 40+, 50+, 60+ & 70+ yarders • Broken tackles (single season record) • Yards after contact (single season record) • Total points He’s rushed for 125+ yards in 11 straight games, which hasn’t been done since Troy Davis in 1996. Through 11 games Ashton sits 19th all time in a single season for rushing yards and 14th in rushing TD’s. He still has at least 3 games to go. (With a meh game next week of 125 yards, it would move him 8th in the “history of NCAA”. 2 TD’s would move him tied for 6th) Jeanty has faced more 7, 8 and 9+ boxes than any player in the nation. Even when faced with 9 or more defenders in the box, he’s averaging 2.2 yards per carry. His recent #HEI2MAN moment, Jeanty was injured to open the 3rd Q, would miss multiple drives. With the team struggling, Jeanty entered the game and ripped off 53 yards on 4 carries for the game winning drive. Boise falls in this game without Jeanty’s toughness. This.. this is what a Heisman looks like.

If Ashton Jeanty doesn’t win Heisman over Travis Hunter it just solidifies that it is turning into a popularity contest and not the best player in college football award.
