Really cool moment tonight postgame after VCU upset UNC. VCU head coach Phil Martelli Jr. made a point to shoutout the student reporters that made the trip. Lots of great stuff this time of year, but this was a really awesome, genuine exchange.

A 19-point lead in the second half and then you lose in OT? Not a great look for North Carolina. That's not a Caleb Wilson thing. That's just a team falling apart on the biggest stage. Credit VCU and Phil Martelli Jr. That's impressive.

VCU's 19-point comeback is the biggest in the history of the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

@Sleeps4 He will because of Wilson’s injury. But unless he gets to the Elite 8, he should be on thin ice

@antwanstaley They won’t. The “but Wilson got hurt” excuse is already baked in.

I'm not sure they win in Round 1, to be honest. VCU can hit threes, and UNC is awful with perimeter defense.

@antwanstaley Unc win then trampled by Illinois?
