That's a fantastic pitching job by Casan Evans. Leadoff walk and a wild pitch puts the runner on 2nd with no outs, but he threw big pitch after big pitch from that point on. Keeping that leadoff baserunner from crossing the plate is huge.

1. When Jay Johnson said he's following the Vittelo story, that just means he's interested in watching it. Jay is just a huge sports fan. 2. I don't think Jay Johnson is a fit for the MLB. His strategy is usually old school and his best strength is recruiting.
