LVHS ProStart class

Seniors💚💚💚Hard to say goodbye to a lovely group of ladies. These 3 have been been with me since their freshman year and I am confident they will all be successful in their future endeavors. @Fremont1_LVHS @ProStart

@Fremont1_LVHS students helped prepare and serve lunch for a variety of FreCo organizations and First Lady @JennieGordon. Although food insecurities are a very real issue in WY, we are lucky to have many people fighting this tough battle. @ProStart @LanderSchools

All set and ready to keep the @Fremont1_LVHS prom guests energized! In my typical busy fashion, these were the only pictures I snapped all night. The ProStart students did a great job preparing food during the week and several students kept the night running smoothly.

That’s a wrap! 16 adv culinary students competed in the WY @ProStart competition in Laramie. 8 will be graduating and many have been in my class since freshman year. Witnessing their skills and confidence grow is the best part of being their teacher. @Fremont1_LVHS

ProStart culinary team prepared their 3 course meal today (dessert not pictured). It’s a amazing what they can do in 60 minutes with only 2 butane burners snd 2 tables. T-13 days. @Fremont1_LVHS

These crepes are the G.O.A.T!! Lemon goat cheese filled rosemary crepes with a blackberry ginger sauce. Testing flavors and and tastebuds today with the @Fremont1_LVHS @ProStart students.

It was an honor to work alongside Angie Flint and the Lander Bake Shop at a reception to welcome Middle Eastern artists to Wyoming. @Fremont1_LVHS @ProStart students helped prepare and serve food to 100 guests. I am lucky to have these awesome students!

This time of year is so bitter sweet. These 5 seniors have spent hours in the @Fremont1_LVHS kitchens since they were freshmen. They competed in the Wyoming @ProStart competition together and have provided many smiles with their hand made food. Their dedication inspires me. ❤️
