@CountDankulaTV I wondered if it has anything to do with the online safety bill? Like if your video is being flagged as 18+ its not even being suggested to people with unverified accounts in the UK? Idk I've noticed difference on my end.

There has been a lot of chatter and creators are even making videos complaining about a huge drop in views and certain videos just bombing out of nowhere over the last few months. I noticed this too, the 3 biggest bombs my channel has ever had have all been in the last couple of months. I just attributed it to the algorithm not showing me love, the video subjects not being interesting enough or any other of the many reasons videos do not perform well. But after watching this video and checking my own analytics, its true, desktop device views for my channel all plummeted after August the 10th. This means there has either been a huge algorithm change or youtube has changed the way it counts desktop views, which leads to less views being counted on the video, and due to how the algorithm works, if a video gets less views, the algorithm shares the video less which leads to not only the video bombing, but the channel itself also getting less traffic. A lot of major creators have all made videos complaining about this because they have all noticed the drop, so it looks like someone over at youtube has made a major fucky wucky which has put a lot of channels at risk. youtube.com/watch?v=QGS_bB…

@SamsungMobile guys; have a word with your UX team who thought that splitting the notification bar and then moving access to it to the top left of the screen (the least accessible part of the screen for your right handed users) was a good idea.
