watching the timeline react to the space and megaeth launches proves exactly how broken our psychology is yesterday the space token launched and the chart completely collapsed the timeline was furious and everyone was hunting down the accounts who mentioned it to blame them for their losses today megaeth launched and the chart went vertical now the timeline is flooded with screenshot flexes and people rushing to farm the next reward tier but there is a massive double standard staring us right in the face nobody is making posts to thank the people who told them to buy megaeth if the chart had printed a red candle today they would be screaming scam just like yesterday the truth is that money controls the entire moral compass of this space if the chart is green everyone is a genius but if the chart is red everyone is a victim we have to stop blindly clicking buy just because a big account posted a ticker when you outsource your conviction you are just gambling on someone else's exit liquidity you have to take responsibility for your own capital and verify the data yourself before putting your money on the line what is the most expensive lesson you had to learn about following the timeline blindly ?

@Lithos_eth they said it’s a meta it’s sad things like this still occur regardless of the bug bounties and expensive audits carried out in crypto… nobody is actually safe.

"As AI handles more of what's on a job description, the only thing that can't be abstracted away is whether people want to be in a room with you when things get hard. That's the skill worth building. " Being the person people call when sh*t hits the fan will be more and more valuable as time goes by. EQ > IQ Do you agree with me and Shan?
Shan Han 🍊@hanshanhk

Jonah's filters work because they're measuring the one thing AI can't commoditize The internet made knowledge worthless almost overnight. Google turned recall from a skill into a commodity, and most people barely noticed it happening. AI is doing the same thing to intelligence. Being able to reason through a hard problem used to be a real competitive edge, and that gap is closing faster than most people want to admit. What holds through both shifts is EQ. Not the vague soft skills version of it, but whether people feel heard when they talk to you, whether they'd call you when something goes wrong, whether they'd take a meeting just to stay in your orbit. That's what these two filters are actually screening for. Response behavior tells you how someone handles a stranger asking for their time, which is the same muscle as a deadline or a hard conversation. The money question tells you if they can sit with failure in front of someone who matters. Both are EQ tests in disguise. As AI handles more of what's on a job description, the only thing that can't be abstracted away is whether people want to be in a room with you when things get hard. That's the skill worth building.

3 things that happen when founders show up before the product does: 1. The first users arrive with context, not curiosity they already know why it exists, who it's for, and what it stands for and that's a completely different starting point than cold acquisition at launch day 2. The narrative is already field-tested founders who post publicly before launch know what language lands and what doesn't they've seen what questions people ask, as well as what objections come up that intelligence or feedback isn't something you gain access to if you stayed quiet 3. Trust transfers to the product at launch when the founder has an audiencenthat believes in them, that belief extends to what they build that's one thing you can't manufacture with a campaign or waiting to show up as a founder on launch day final words: the founder's voice is not a marketing tool, rather it is an infrastructure and foundation for distribution they are the first layer of distribution.
Endy@devendyyy

3 things most teams treat as launch-day jobs that should've been done 8 weeks earlier: 1. Defining the narrative you cannot write a campaign brief if you don't have a clear story. most teams discover this under time pressure which is usually the worst time to find it. 2. Identifying the first 100 believers. more emphasis on the term 'believers', not users. these are people who understand the vision and would tell others without being asked if you can't name your beleivers before launch, you don't have them yet. 3. Making the founder visible. launching a product with an anonymous founder is like opening a restaurant where nobody knows the chef. maybe it works, but you've successfully removed the most powerful trust signal you have. > unpopular opinion: most products are already failing by the time they launch bc the structure was wrong before the campaign *stops typing to catch a breather*

Atletico Madrid vs Arsenal Today we have the other semifinal matchup. Honestly, I don’t think it will top yesterday’s thriller between PSG and Bayern I expect a tight and not very entertaining game, with roughly 50/50 chances If I had to pick a bet, the most reasonable outcome for me is a draw That’s exactly what I’m looking at based on the odds on @opinionlabsxyz P.S. Glad we still have the second leg between Bayern and PSG coming - that one will feel like a final

gArc guys @arc May 1 at 5:00 PM EEST there will be an ArcShop session with Elton about the Unified Balance Kit a developer workshop focused on making crosschain USDC flows simple and practical. Elton will walk through the core Unified Balance Kit model and explain how deposit, depositFor, getBalances, estimateSpend, and spend work together, showing the fastest path from setup to a working end-to-end flow using the docs and quickstart. The second half will be hands-on and open office hours covering real implementation questions like crosschain transfers, fee estimation, adapter choices, and how to design payout and treasury flows in production. If you’re building with USDC, payments, or crosschain infrastructure, this is a good session to understand how to actually put the pieces together in practice, not just read about them in docs. community.arc.network/home/events/ar…
