I agree. I think breaks can be a good thing if A. There is enough quality product to guarantee cards for all (if you’re breaking 10+ boxes there will be players from each team) B. Both customers AND vendors are acting responsibly. Vendors need to make some $, and customers want to be able to afford a 1/32 purchase of nice product without spending thousands. The theory behind breaks is great, the actual execution is where things go haywire. There are plenty of great streams in whatnot, but the consumer has to be educated as well.

@NY_Sports_2223 @bigbridealguy Not directly because you are getting the boxes and cards inside, indirectly I suppose. Breaks (especially randoms) have the inherent risk of getting zero, and in most instances; people get zero. Especially true in ‘spin to win’ blind bags etc. Big differences.

It is arbitration which will be 12-18 months. But, the likely result is a settlement sooner than later that includes MAJOR disruptions to the way cards are sold on platforms. This is why I told people to stop and really think beyond headlines.

The question: What has to happen for an increase in resale value for a grading company? This isn't a bash of any company but more of an honest question. Not how does one company jump another but just in simplest terms, what makes resale value increase for a grading company

I make card cabinets now. Ones that hold 36 4 row boxes. Ones that hold 24 5 rows. Even little 7 drawer options that hold 14 4 rows. But what's better? I can make ones that fit you, for your cards. So you never drop a box again.
