eBay and Paypal are so sketchy! Has @ebay ever tried to bill you for a (for many years) 100% dormant account despite you closing that account several times? They keep opening my account back up on my behalf and then trying to bill me $20 a month despite no activity. On three separate occasions, an agent confirms it is truly deleted. Then I see it start back up months later at $20 a month. No logins from someone else. Ebay keeps opening it!
