@the_cryptocist @Osi_Suave First week of citizens openly tracking and publishing bandit movements, watch how fast those agencies suddenly 'find' the will to do their job. Nothing moves a man who ignored you like watching you no longer need him. 🇳🇬

@the_cryptocist @Osi_Suave You put your head down, build your own, and by the time he notices you've stopped begging you don't need him anymore. That's this. Stop petitioning agencies that collude with the same people kidnapping Nigerians. Start building. ₦15,000, Arduino, a SIM card and some wires...

@the_cryptocist @Osi_Suave We all know They have it. They choose where to point it. That argument died the moment you made it. So what do you do when the man with the money refuses to give you? You stop asking...

@WaleScottX @Osi_Suave Which means the problem was never capability, it was always will. And you don't fix a will problem by begging. You fix it by making their inaction visible and embarrassing.

@WaleScottX @Osi_Suave If Nigerian communities start self-organising, building cheap GPS trackers, crowdsourcing bandit movement data and publishing it ,suddenly the agencies who 'don't know' look very foolish standing next to civilians who do. You can't shame a man into protecting you...

@Osi_Suave The idea is solid but RFID no go work for this one, oga. RFID is passive, it only responds when a reader is within a few metres. You can't track someone across Lagos with it, let alone follow ransom money to a bush hideout. What you want is GPS + GSM. Here's how to build one ...

@Osi_Suave 5/ Field tips for Nigeria: • Use MTN or Airtel best rural + interstate coverage • GPS needs 2-5 mins outdoors to get first fix • Add a vibration sensor so it only transmits when moving battery lasts days instead of hours • Wrap everything in heat shrink before deployment

@Osi_Suave You click it. You see exactly where the device is. Hide the device inside the bag, the vehicle, or the cash bundle. Make sure the enclosure is wrapped in nylon to protect from moisture.

@Osi_Suave ⚠️ Power the SIM800L directly from the battery, NOT from Arduino's 5V pin. It draws too much current and will keep resetting. --- 4/ The Arduino code sends you a Google Maps link via SMS every 60 seconds: "maps.google.com/maps?q=6.52437…"

@Osi_Suave 1/ The concept: • GPS chip gets coordinates from satellites • GSM module (SIM card inside) transmits that location over mobile network • You receive a Google Maps link on your phone every 60 seconds • You watch it move. Live. Anywhere in Nigeria with GSM signal.

@afrisagacity This is an old playbook. Libya. Iraq. Côte d'Ivoire. Suffering is real, solution is foreign, sovereignty is gone. Sun Tzu knew this move create chaos in your enemy's house, then arrive as the solution. The wolf doesn't knock. He gets someone on the inside to open the door...

@afrisagacity Nigerians dying is real. Tinubu's failure is real. But OBJ calling for "international agencies" instead of demanding Nigerians choose their own leaders is the tell. USA has already been labelling our crisis a "religious conflict" framing it in ways that justify their involvement.

“No matter our religion, tribe, or profession, we Nigerians are being killed, and the Tinubu government has proven that it is incapable of securing the country.” Again, former President Olusegun Obasanjo charges Nigerians to rise and kick out the incompetent Tinubu govt.✍️

@Flohairs NELFUND is a loan scheme. The government is lending students money to access universities their parents' taxes have been funding for decades. We have now reached the point where a government borrowing you access to what you already own is considered generosity. ...

NELFUND: Keeping students in school. 70k Minimum Wage: Boosting worker income. Infrastructure: Job creation via the Coastal Highway and construction projects FX Policy: Ending the "middleman" stabilizing the market. FDI: Multi-billion dollar investments returning to our economy. Real growth isn't a magic trick., it’s about fixing the broken systems so the next generation doesn't suffer the same issues. Real growth is not overnight. Subsidy was removed so things would get costlier until the economy stabilized Things were not cheap back then bcus the economy was great it was bcus of the subsidies that almost led us to bankruptcy.

@Flohairs The question was never whether the subsidy needed to go. The question is where did the savings go? Who accounted for it? What cushion was built for the people who had nothing to fall back on?.
