Disney’s Alice in Wonderland (1951) has received a 4K restoration and is coming to 4K UHD physical media on 5/5, as well as Digital in celebration of the film's 75th anniversary this year. Pre-order and case art to come. Regarding the restoration, "Over nine months, artists completed a digital scan of the original nitrate Successive Exposure (SE) negatives, followed by extensive clean-up to address dust, warping, and age-related wear. The team also referenced original production artwork preserved by the Walt Disney Animation Research Library to ensure the restoration remained true to the filmmakers’ original intent, collaborating closely with Walt Disney Animation Studios veteran Michael Giaimo to review every shot and refine color and luminance. Viewers eager to go further down the rabbit hole will find a robust collection of bonus features on the Blu-ray and Digital release, offering rare behind-the-scenes and archival material. Highlights include reference footage with commentary by Alice herself, Kathryn Beaumont, along with classic companion shorts such as Thru the Mirror featuring Mickey Mouse and Alice’s Wonderland from the original Alice Comedies, a selection of deleted scenes, and music videos including “Beware the Jabberwock” and “If You’ll Believe in Me. The newly restored film will debut with a special one-night-only premiere at the TCM Film Festival on May 1, offering audiences an early look at the vibrant, meticulously remastered and restored presentation before it’s in-home release."

@just2goodYT They might not need a likeness right to do a Lego. They did a Mission Impossible video game for N64 without his participation and Ethan just didn’t look like him. Hard to believe Paramount would do it without his okay, though. Maybe he was okay with Lego but not Funko.

Tom Cruise famously doesn't sign off on toys based on his image, even blocking the release of a Funko Pop from his Mummy movie. Does anyone know how the LEGO Mission Impossible Ethan Hunt figure ended up getting made? Did he just approve it? The game even uses his voice archive

@lu_jedi @Wario64 Probably not right now, but it doesn't actually overwrite the older version, it just adds the new one as a separate entry on Steam. So you can leave your current setup as is.
