@Mango just been into your Dundee store and misleading prices at the door… wanted to buy the £59.99 jacket and it’s actually £89.99?? Then was told it was because they are short staffed… 3 members of staff gossiping behind the till, with no apology, no offer to honour price?

I won’t recommend trusting Delhivery’s service.They have been misleading by saying the seller is preparing the order, even though the AWB has already been generated which can’t happen without dispatch. They are not providing any clear information. @delhivery @Mango

@delhivery I’m extremely disappointed that my repeated queries regarding my AWB number have gone unanswered. The seller has already shared the AWB, yet I continue to receive updates stating that the order is still being prepared.AWB cannot be generated before order is dispatched.
