What’s the funniest MG book you’ve ever read? Looking for something that’s going to have my Year 6 class rolling around the floor laughing!

@MrsKirstBarrett Love The Wild Robot! Bought a set of them a few years ago but another class are using them at the mo. Great suggestion re: Barrington Stoke. Might invest in a set of Reek by @alastair_ch - fast-paced, action-packed, plus set in Edinburgh, which isn’t too far away…

@MarkASmith85 How about The Wild Robot? It's got short chapters - variety of vocabulary Fast paced too. You'll also be able to support it with clips from the movie or the trailer! I had a lot of comparison discussions over that! Barringtoke too for the shorter books with interest

Mornin all! Looking for book recommendations for a group of Year 6 children. Boys and girls. Needing some small group support to help develop their reading skills. Thinking something funny and fast-paced, with reasonably short chapters. All suggestions much appreciated, thanks!
