The IRS has a designation called Real Estate Professional Status (REPS) If your spouse works 750+ hours a year in real estate and it's their primary occupation — they qualify. Once they do, the paper losses from depreciation on your properties can offset your W-2 income taxes directly. But if you own a short-term rental, the bar is even lower. It's called the STR Loophole — and both spouses can have full-time jobs and still qualify. You just need 100+ hours spent working on your property and more time than anyone else involved. That's 2 hours a week. My wife and I used this to save over $1M in taxes last year across our Airbnb portfolio. The tax code is working for you. You just have to know how to use it. Comment "bnb" and I'll send you some info on this exact strategy

A 19-year-old American dropout found a $4 spoon scale on TikTok with 1.3 million likes, pasted its AliExpress link into DropMagic, got back a complete Shopify store in 2 minutes, ran ads on the same product everyone was already buying, and now pulls $10K+ a month from his couch. He never wrote a description, never picked a layout, never typed a single word of marketing copy. The product was already viral. He just stood under the waterfall and held a bucket. This is the new dropshipping playbook. Find a product on TikTok that has already proven itself, copy the AliExpress link, paste it into an AI store builder and let the same algorithm that made the product viral once do the same job for your store. DropMagic scored the spoon scale 97 out of 100 across 5 criteria demand, margin, originality, saturation and virality. Anything above 90 means launch immediately, anything below 70 means skip. He pasted the link. The AI imported the product photos, scraped the reviews, wrote the descriptions, set the pricing, generated a logo and rendered the entire store. 2 minutes, start to finish, without him picking a font, a color or a word. Then he ran TikTok ads on the exact product that already had 1.3 million likes. The ads worked because the product was already proven. People who saw the original viral video and didn't buy now had a clean checkout button shoved in front of them. Month 1: $1,200 in profit. Month 3: $4,000. Month 6: $10,000 a month, running on its own while he sleeps. He ran 4 stores at the same time. Different products, same playbook. By month 8 he had crossed $200,000 in profit. He bought a Corvette and a Rolex. He didn't move out of his parents' house. The Corvette sits in their driveway. The Rolex sits on the same wrist that taps the touchpad to check his Shopify dashboard from the couch. His mom asked him what he does for work. He showed her the dashboard. She asked when he started a business. He said about 8 months ago. She asked how. He said: I copied a link. She looked at the screen, then at him, then at the screen again. She didn't ask another question. His former classmates are 6 months into freshman year, $30,000 into student loans for a degree they're not sure they want. He dropped out, pasted a $4 spoon scale into an AI tool and pulled $200K out of a system that runs without him touching it. University gives you a diploma after 4 years and $100,000. He got a Corvette and a Rolex after 2 minutes and one AliExpress link. The spoon scale is still selling. The AI is still building the next store. The couch hasn't moved.

Screw it. I'm giving away the exact audit I run on 7-8 figure businesses before every AI install. It maps every role in the business that AI agents can handle better, faster, and cheaper. Most businesses that run it find over $50K a year in payroll they don't need to be spending. • Like this • Comment "AUDIT" & I'll DM it to you. *Must Be Following*

AI animation ads are crushing on Meta right now 🤯 And I built the entire 8-step workflow to make them in Claude. Images, videos, voiceover, music, captions, all generated with AI. One workflow covers claymation, Pixar, anime, Wes Anderson miniature, retro cartoon, and hyperrealistic CGI. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who want creative that actually stands out in the Meta feed instead of blending in with every other UGC talking head and static. Animated ads break the entire pattern: → Claude writes the script, scenes, and voiceover → Nano Banana Pro generates every image → Kling 3.0 animates the scenes into video → Gemini rewrites the voiceover to match the footage → ElevenLabs generates the voice → Suno generates the background music → CapCut stitches everything into the final ad No freelancers. No booked studios. No looking like every other ad in the feed. What you get: → Every prompt I used across all 8 steps → The exact tool stack and the order to run them in → A workflow that works for paid Meta AND organic TikTok, Reels, and Shorts → One system that covers claymation, Pixar, anime, Wes Anderson, retro cartoon, and CGI Built across Claude, Nano Banana Pro, Kling 3.0, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Suno, and CapCut. I put together the full prompt pack so you can build your own animated ads from scratch. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "CLAY" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

The agency owners who fix their AI tech stack in the next 90 days are going to look like geniuses in 2027. The problem is every tool markets itself with the same words.. Agents Copilots. Memory. Automation Read about three and you can't tell which one to pick. So my team built a 105-page field manual that does the categorization for you. Inside: — The 8 software roles every modern agency stack collapses into (brand names change, roles don't) — The 5-question decision model that ends every "which tool should we buy" debate in under a minute — Specific picks by revenue band — what to run at $1M, $5M, $10M, and $20M+ — A task-to-tool matrix across marketing, sales, ops, fulfillment, reporting, and exec — 6 setup quickstarts including the $400/mo warehouse you can stand up in a weekend Comment STACK and I'll send it.

how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged @imranye to come on @startupideaspod and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch

Payroll is the biggest bet founders make. Most make it blind. They budget for salary but forget taxes, benefits, and bonuses then wonder why cash is tight. I built a Headcount Planner that shows you the real cost so you can plan your next hire. Just like + reply “HIRE” I’ll DM it.

Starting a YouTube channel is the slowest way to make your first dollar online. Instead, I use Amazon’s pre-built audience. And it’s paying me $50,000 per month for it. Oh, and if you want my complete strategy broken down, with AI prompts, workflow and systems... Like this post, follow me and comment “AI”. I’ll DM it to you. So I figured people on Amazon are searching daily queries about their problems. And they buy products that solve those problems. The product can be anything: • Physical products • Digital courses • Software tools But the most bought solution to their problems comes in the form of books. Amazon has 310 million members ready to buy. They aren’t watching for entertainment. They aren’t killing time. They are searching for answers. “How to lose weight.” “How to fix my marriage.” “How to invest as a beginner.” And they’ll pay $15 to $35 for the right book instantly. That’s what I do. I create short books around those problems. 70 to 150 pages that speak directly to their problem. I use ChatGPT to outline chapters, Claude to write it, Ideogram AI to design covers that get picked on Amazon over every competing book. I’ve been doing this for 6+ years and perfected a system that now takes only 1 hour a day. Sell 1 book/day at $9.99 = $300/month Sell 3 book/day at $9.99 = $900/month Sell 5 book/day at $9.99 = $1,500/month And that’s ONE book… before ads. When you add more books to your portfolio and scale with Amazon ads… those numbers multiply fast. And guess what? You made that without following the most popular advice on the internet: “Start a YouTube channel.” • You don’t need to film content • You don’t need to edit videos • You don’t need to wait for views or subscribers Amazon handles everything. You just publish a book. And collect royalties from 310 million buyers who already trust the platform. Most people spend years trying to grow on YouTube before making their first dollar. In 2026, there’s absolutely no reason to do that. Smart publishers attach themselves to the biggest marketplace on earth on day one. That’s the difference between chasing attention. And getting paid from day one. If you want my entire system to: • Find topics people already pay for • AI prompts to write the book in just 1 hour • Cover design that gets picked over competitors Follow me, like this post and comment “AI”. I’ll DM you my entire system for free. You need to do all 3 to receive the DM.

this OpenClaw bot finds warehouses with old roofs, renders solar panels on their actual building, and books the owner a call, all on autopilot... here's how commercial roofers can close $2M+ deals before the solar tax break ends: - scans thousands of commercial roofs via satellite - scores each building by roof age & urgency - pulls exact panel count from Google Solar API - finds the real owner (not the property manager) - calculates their federal credit to the dollar - renders a video of panels materializing on their roof - ships a personalized proposal - fully automated end to end every day that passes is money off the table. reply "ROOF" + RT and i'll send you the full breakdown so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM)

I built 31 automations for clients last year. Every single business - from solo founders to 50-person teams - needed some version of the same workflows. So I documented all of them. Every workflow. Every department. And the exact plain-English prompt that builds each one in minutes. Sales & CRM: lead capture, follow-up sequences, deal tracking, proposal generation, pipeline alerts Marketing: social scheduling, email sequences, content repurposing, UTM tracking, review requests Operations: invoice generation, payment reminders, inventory alerts, automated reporting Customer Success: onboarding emails, NPS surveys, churn detection, support routing Admin: meeting scheduling, expense tracking, document generation, approval workflows Each one includes the specific prompt I use to build it - not vague instructions, the actual sentence I type. Plus which 3 to start with if you want to save 10+ hours/week immediately. Comment "PLAYBOOK" and I'll DM you the full PDF for free.

You are using only 5% of Claude's potential Comment "Claude" to get my playbook for free (it includes all of my cheat codes) The difference is not the tool It’s the prompts and the use cases That’s exactly why I created the Claude Finance Playbook! Not a generic AI guide A practical finance playbook which alone is worth more than $500 Inside, you’ll learn how to: 1. Build full financial models directly in Excel • Install the Claude add-in • Choose Opus 4.6 for complex scenario models • Describe the outcome in plain English • Let Claude generate structure, formulas and charts • Use “Ask before edits” for control or “Accept all edits” for speed 2. Create models using only your voice • Open Claude on your phone • Use Voice Mode • State business context → assumptions → expected output • Download the Excel file • Run a quick quality check before using it in meetings 3. Generate interactive scenario dashboards • Prompt Claude to create a dynamic dashboard • Adjust growth, churn, pricing in real time • Share the link during meetings • Answer “what-if” questions instantly • Stop rebuilding slides every time assumptions change One important rule I repeat in the ebook: Speed ≠ correctness Always: • Review formulas • Stress-test assumptions • Verify chart ranges Claude gets you to 80–90% in minutes Your finance judgment gets it to 100% 👉 Comment “Claude” and I’ll send you the full ebook Bonus: you’ll also get a free seat to my AI Finance Masterclass (P.S. Copies are limited! not everyone will get it) Why listen to me? I’ve trained 10,000+ finance pros and work with brands like Mercedes-Benz, KPMG, and Rakuten on AI in Finance Companies normally pay me $10,000 for workshops where I teach AI for finance I'm also the leader of the AI Finance Club, the number club for Finance pros who wants to be the leaders of using AI in their teams! 💬 Which use case would save you the most time 🔁 Repost and save to increase your chances of getting it

Debt modeling shouldn't be a manual grind. It should be a strategic tool. To help you move faster, I’m giving away 𝟲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 for juniors that I use to stay precise: 1. 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗽: Automate excess cash application. 2. 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿: Dynamic liquidity modeling without the circularity headaches. 3. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝘁: Clean, scalable amortisation structures. 4. 𝗠𝗲𝘇𝘇𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗲: PIK and warrant logic. 5. 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗕: Institutional-grade bullet and repayment scheduling. 6. 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: The "CFO View" that aggregates it all. When practice this, I owe you the truth. Templates are great, and you need to know how to build models like thiese, but they won't stop you from becoming a "Traditional Finance" dinosaur as AI starts taking over modeling entirely. If you’re tired of the manual grunt work and worried about falling behind the AI curve, maybe it’s time to stop just "downloading" and start "transforming." If you want these templates in Excel, just drop a comment and I’ll send it to you. (Important: follow me so I can DM you!)
