Some users may be experiencing issues logging into the app due to a widespread issue with Google Firebase, an authentication service many apps use. This is affecting many apps right now and we hope it gets resolved soon. We will keep you updated here once the issue is cleared.

(2) Spoke with them again and they said that's weird, it's the right piece, let us try to order it again. Well, that order was just cancelled by them via email with no context. So now I've paid for a full sectional that I only have half of? What's the plan @potterybarn ??

I am so done with @potterybarn (a chain). After 6 months of waiting, they delivered a sectional that didn't fit to the measurements on their site. They left half the sectional, and told us they'd send the right size. That came, and it was still the wrong size.
