@JetBlue just had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any airline employee in my life who works for you at MCO. It was so bad I canceled my return flight and rebooked another airline home because I never want to be humiliated and dehumanized by anyone like this again.

@JetBlue Boarded, in even more row 4. No overhead space open till row 10. Opened a bin, was scolded by the flight attendant. I asked her why there was no reserved space left “I trained for 6 months there’s no such thing as reserved”. #TerribleCustomerService

What happened to @JetBlue? I used to be able to get flights MCO-NYC for under 8K miles in economy, most of them would actually be closer to 6K. Now those flights start at 11.4K miles, almost double. Is the gas to blame? Maybe. But American/United now has better mileage rewards.
