Was just kicked off of a @jetblue flight because I said that I knew there would be an issue with the plane after the flight was grounded due to a maintenance issue. The passenger next to me who lost her mind when she heard the comment went to tell the pilot before we boarded a new flight. Pilot claims that she felt unsafe with me on the plane. @JetBlue I had no interaction with the pilot. The irony that the female pilot is acting sexist against a male. This is a constitutional violation of freedom speech.

After planning our Colorado trip for 2 months, @JetBlue canceled our flight just 2 hours before departure. We’d already reached the airport, paid for Ubers, and my wife lost a vacation day. FRUSTRATING! We’ll think twice before flying JetBlue—and you may want to as well.

Why is @JetBlue “Move to Mint” such a scam? Book a ticket and the drop down says how many certificates are needed and then there are none available. Bait and hook is a truly dishonest way to do business - especially with your most frequent flyers.

@JetBlue nothing like being next in line to take off and the pilot announces that they have to go back to the gate because one of the computers in the cockpit isn't working, even after a reset . This is a basic function of the aircraft. Zero upkeep. I wonder how much longer you have till the FAA grounds your whole fleet. Will be requesting a full refund for the flight . What a dogshit airline.

@JetBlue loves to make you upgrade to select your seat and then have no free seats to select. Why am I paying to select a seat and then paying to pick a seat? I have almost exclusively flown Jetblue for 15 years but they're going to way of Spirit right fast.

He sido una cliente fiel de @JetBlue durante años. Ayer cancelaron mi vuelo de Nueva York a Guayaquil por “clima” y me reprogramaron para hoy. Llegué al aeropuerto a las 4:30 a.m., hice check-in, entregué mi maleta y pasé inmigración. Luego retrasaron el vuelo 4 veces (8 a.m., 9 a.m., 1 p.m. y 6 p.m.). Después anunciaron que el vuelo quedaba cancelado nuevamente, esta vez por falta de tripulación. Como debo regresar a trabajar el lunes, no pude seguir esperando y tuve que comprar un boleto de última hora con otra aerolínea, pagando de mi bolsillo. Lo peor: JetBlue se niega a reembolsar la parte que pagué en efectivo porque, según ellos, el vuelo “seguía programado” para las 6 p.m. Una enorme decepción. Los clientes merecemos mejor comunicación, planificación y responsabilidad. Nunca más. #JetBlue - - - - - I’ve been a loyal @JetBlue customer for years. Yesterday my flight from New York to Guayaquil was canceled due to “weather” and I was rebooked for today. I arrived at the airport at 4:30 a.m., checked in, dropped off my luggage, cleared immigration, and then my flight was delayed 4 times (8 a.m., 9 a.m., 1 p.m., and 6 p.m.). It was then canceled again, this time due to lack of flight crew. Since I have to be back at work on Monday, I had no choice but to buy a last-minute ticket on another airline, paying out of pocket. The worst part? JetBlue refused to refund the cash portion of my ticket because, according to them, the flight was still “scheduled” to depart at 6 p.m. A huge disappointment. Loyal customers deserve better communication, planning, and accountability. Never again. #JetBlue

Hey @JetBlue. My wife’s flight for today was cancelled. They announced it in the speakers and returned luggage. However online it says it’s still flying and says no money will be refunded to us. Just waited 2 hours to speak to someone and the message got dropped

It’s shameful that people can’t feel comfortable that they will be able to travel on their booked flight like anyone else could; a ticket with @JetBlue means added anxiety until take-off . (And these aren’t ESAs, “fakers”, or people who don’t have the OpenDoor process completed)

@JetBlue are you aware how abysmal your reputation is within the disabled community, particularly among service dog handlers? The prevailing advice is to avoid flying with you at all costs for anyone with a service dog who needs to rely on boarding their flight. 1/3
