i’ve flown domestically with @JetBlue almost exclusively for nearly a decade. had to book a last minute flight for work and STILL went out of my way for this airline. they randomly assigned me a middle seat and won’t move me to a window even though there’s one available…

Hey @JetBlue why did I pay for Blue instead of Blue Basic to have my bag grabbed from my as I’m stepping into the plane to be told “there’s no overhead room” when I can visibly see open space on the overhead bins?
