i’ve flown domestically with @JetBlue almost exclusively for nearly a decade. had to book a last minute flight for work and STILL went out of my way for this airline. they randomly assigned me a middle seat and won’t move me to a window even though there’s one available…

@JetBlue fl2832 has been on the ground @MCO for 67 minutes and there are probably 200 of us still waiting at baggage claim for luggage. An airport notoriously slow for offloading… This is the worst I’ve ever seen.

Hey @JetBlue why did I pay for Blue instead of Blue Basic to have my bag grabbed from my as I’m stepping into the plane to be told “there’s no overhead room” when I can visibly see open space on the overhead bins? Gate checked with a hand written tag. There is 0 level of decency left in commercial air customer service.
