This whole case is hilariously stupid. The trademark has been diluted for the longest time, no one thinks about the original map instead of the genre when someone says "Skyblock".

Subnautica 2 developers Unknown Worlds have responded to community backlash over the game’s EULA following its Early Access launch
The studio confirmed it will never take action against streamers or content creators and will not enforce clauses restricting gameplay recordings or monetization.
Community representative Sam Dark addressed modding concerns
“We will not take action against player-made mods as long as they follow the few simple rules Donya shared a while back (like not selling the mods).
Many of us are in the modding Discord, the studio was founded by modders, and some of our playtesters are modders.”
The team is reviewing other player feedback on the EULA terms, which include
>a license-only ownership model
>$50 maximum cap on damages
>VPN restrictions
This comes as Unknown Worlds has assumed self-publishing responsibilities after legal disputes with former publisher Krafton.

If you ever wanted proof that @Grummz doesn't play games this is it. Like the first game Subnatica 2 is themed around thalassophobia. Like many horror games it puts you in a position of vulnerability, plunging into the deep ocean to survive. Adding weapons takes that phobia away. Funny thing is. This game proves the need for weapons to defend yourself. aI wonder if Grummz has been in Contact with Krafton's CEO? This seems a very strange targeted tweet.

- New recipe: Blasting Wand + Bandleglass Mirror + 650 gold = 2400 gold
- AP increased from 60 to 65
- Ability haste reduced from 20 to 15
- Mana regen increased from 125% to 150%
- New passive grants 15 ability haste to spells with immobilizing effects
- New passive - immobilizing enemy champs marks them for 4 seconds, increasing damage dealt by 6%

@drewlevin Might I suggest a period of time to gather data on reported picks and see how often a pick gets reported including if it is in ranked or normals and see if its a trend starting to form for some of those picks or if it really is just a troll pick?

the thing I'd want everyone to understand is that in all cases where a lobby gets terminated, at least one player has filed a report. this is not "Riot implementing Riot's perspective", this is "Riot figuring out how to adjudicate timely player reports in contentious spots".
