@AskTheFFC I mean this is the real answer. I love BTJ and Travis Hunter as talents. I fear that for fantasy Jacksonville boutta turn into Green Bay South where they all pop off for stretches and the only ones you feel good starting are the QB and the RBs.

@andy_buckler He is genuinely the first player I can think of watching all season not do a whole lot and come away thinking “Yeah he looks awesome he’ll be fine

@andy_buckler The golden who showed up in the playoffs is the Golden who was on tape at UT. Analytics dweebs are acting like he was ass all season ignoring the fact that he was injured pretty much from week 9 - week 18 and his pace prior to that was analytically pretty good.

@JasonScott22 @tnguyen824 @JewishMcCaffrey yeah this is the irony of the “Parker is the WR1” narrative. He looks like that cuz BTJ is soaking up the CB1 and the 2 is going after Meyers. If opposing defenses start respecting PW as much as those two the target distribution will shift again.

@draftbestballin @JakobSanderson Most rookies can’t because they don’t learn to in college. I’m not even a big harvey defender but pass pro is one of those things you can usually just throw out for rookies unless they were amazing. Majority have to learn in the league and get better with time.

@DevyEusuf That guy is using the dumbest logic. Using that reasoning, don’t draft Kamara in 2017 because Ingram is proven! Don’t draft Kyren because Cam Akers is proven!

@JoeOrrico I have always thought Keaton Mitchell would be 90% of Achane given the right opportunity. Can’t really ask for better and we know McD knows how to get a lot outta speed guys… Hampton still gonna lead LAC in carries but could see Mitchell being a thorn in his side for fantasy.

@MidBallKnower He was really good in those (few) games when he was healthy and given 65%+ snaps… which is the role I expect him in this year

@JVillainsPod In real football terms the Jakobi extension is a bit rich for a 30 year old WR, but he’s clearly the mentor the room needed. Rest of the guys got better when he got there. Plus it’s a 1 year deal. Jags can cut post June 1 next year and save $11M if he hits the cliff.

@AdamKoffler Outside of BB I agree. They’re the Packers South when it comes to pass catchers though unlike GB you can’t count on the TE to have elite positional advantage (and just be the best receiver in general) In BBM i’m taking Trav cuz he’s been falling super low, otherwise staying away

Low key staying away from all Jaguars receivers this season They’re all a tad too expensive considering they’re all going to cannibalize each other’s production

Brian Thomas Jr as a rookie 87-1282-10 Parker Washington (42 regular season games) 106-1369-10 I think Parker Washington is good but if you're telling me I can draft BTJ almost a full round later on Drafters/DK I'm going to have very little Parker Washington and lots of BTJ

@Jimmyssbrother @DevyEusuf The coaches at every level have been clear he’s got the stamina to play 100% at both if they’d let him. And neither DB nor WR is exceptionally physical. He’s not going to be out there blocking. I just don’t see how 140% workload for him is harder than say 100% for an elite C.

@AFantasyFormula @FantasyPros @tweetsbychad Reed got paid pretty modestly by WR standards. About $17M AAV. Less than Pittman and Wandale. Not exactly WR1 paycheck. Plus the Packers have shown now for three years they don’t want to use Reed outside. He never topped a 70% snap share last year. Over 70% in the slot.
