@Modivcare I asked multiple times,. DO NOT use @uberhealth Because @Uber,. Simply Kept my Cel phone, made no attempts to give it back,. Legally they shouldn't be operating a health transport,.

@Modivcare I already had a ride scheduled and my insurance said they would pay for it but Modivcare canceled my substance abuse ride I’ve been clean for 7 months now I’m thinking about relapsing because I no longer have a ride to my substance abuse class

Your Tier 2 IT support have now kept me twice on hold today for an hour .... I gave up after that and called the Tech Support Line back... So TWICE!
I'm trying to set up my information with the app or the website.. I can log onto my profile, but not ass my member info

@Modivcare seems as though you dont hire responsible drivers. Wife made an appointmet to be picked up by 8am for a 9am medical appointment she had been waiting for. Driver never showed. Ultimately she missed her appointment.
