Did you know you can vote early and in-person in PA? Simply go to your county election office, request a mail-in ballot and fill it out then and there. No muss, no fuss. I didn't even hit a line this AM. PA voters have until Oct. 31 to request a mail-in ballot, so don't dawdle.
