After watching jynxzi play apex it made me realise how overwhelming it must be for new players to learn, it might be a good time for people to start making some tutorial content for new players of things we just naturally do but new players wouldn’t realise.

this clips is from late 2024 with a somewhat consistant 300 fps. now in 2026 same pc without obs running i get a ALMOST a consistant 160 fps, sometimes dropping down to 110 during fights. @OverwatchEU fix ur game. i need more complaining for this to be fixed please help

@R4zORsh4rpo You can also get the upper gamepass subscription for a month for under 20$ get a full library of games and be able to stream them without an Xbox. Games are more accessible then ever anyone complaining just doesn’t care enough.

- u can buy a used switch - literally just the tablet
- buy a third party controller and cheap ass dock
- tons of games constantly on sale or extremely cheap physically
-I guarantee you can do this for less than £100

What’s with game journalism reviewing games before they’re finished the game. That’s like reviewing a movie after you’ve watched half it. It’s the bare minimum of their job. Just because they want more clicks from releasing at embargo deadline is kind of disingenuous.

Hey, so video games are kind of expensive and time consuming, and not everyone has access to an 800 dollar system and 70 dollar games to play. In High School all I could do was watch game playthroughs cuz I literally had no money.

I simply don't understand why people refuse to engage with an interactive medium yet still be treated as an equal fan of said medium. Like yeah man if you can't do the bare minimum of playing the game you aren't a fan, idk what's so complicated about this

@sevenlovesmen There's something to be said for how not having played the game yourself excludes you from discussion about gameplay feel or balancing, but you can still be a fan of the characters/world/story/game at large. Some people with disabilities literally can't play but are fans. Grow up

@Valphyrian @sevenlovesmen The medium of a game is the act of playing it. We’re not discussing the creation of the game. The equivalent of watching a movie is playing the game because that is the intended medium. You aren’t getting the real intended experience by watching.

@sevenlovesmen That's not what's being discussed, though. You can be a fan of a song without having learned to play it on an instrument. A movie without having participated in filming. A celebrity without knowing them personally. People can absolutely like a game they haven't or can't play.
