My @MyPurMist steamer just broke and I honestly am so sad. Loved that steamer. Went on the website but it’s only a one year warranty & this college student cannot afford to drop $150 on a steamer 😭

@MyPurMist So, I take out the brand new device from the box, read the instructions and plug it in for my 2 year old with a blocked nose and finding it difficult to breathe; and this is what I get right away. Not to mention, the stupid hold for over 25 minutes. Perfect! #ScamAlert

@MyPurMist very unhappy right now, I contacted customer services, and after their first reply, they’ve gone quiet! My unit is creating some kind of brown residue so I’ve had to stop using it, and ideally I’d like a replacement!
