@chrisincrisis90 -- hype & cemented the rivalry as the biggest fanbasewise in EU. But the banter was no different. What changed is the official broadcast was interviewing the fans WAY more abt the rivalry when both joined and playing around that and aren't anymore which is a shame for the league

@chrisincrisis90 there was nothing before then. KOI would fail to qualify to EMEA 90% of the time. Not sure they ever faced each other on that stage ever. The one thing before both joined LEC was the KCX that was CENTERED around the rivalry and it was the 1st event of that scale so ofc it had --

Es una pena esto: La rivalidad era increíble, y ahora son clubes amigos. Es triste porque tenía el potencial para ser una rivalidad interesante, pero ahora son amiguitos. Por eso G2 y Fnatic siempre serán el 1 y el 2 en Europa.

@chrisincrisis90 more is just calling for drama like we witnessed LR fans bringing regular banter to a whole other realm with racial slurs and whatnot. KC & KOI now both have way less extreme toxic post and still maintain the best part of their banter (which isn't as tame as you claim not always)

@chrisincrisis90 the only times the rivalry was slightly more vivid was as i said when KC first joined LEC with Bo and went 4-14 and got memed on. and when KC was stomping EMEA and KOI was always barely qualifying. it is WAY better + enjoyable now with both teams having close games at top level

@chrisincrisis90 War as you call it was there only bc KC was losing and it wasn't only KOI laughing at them. everyone was "2-7 <- you are here"-ing them. fair They always have same banter between each other throughout the whole split, even when they not playing each other both fans and orgs CM

@harakakiko1312 @AceRod97 Compared to 2/3 years ago, it became a very friendly rivalry. It used to be war when kc vs koi played on any games. Now all KC feel like winning, loosing It's ok. Also everyone would rather see koi winning than fnc or g2
