ERNIEDOJO TEKKEN CAMP Vol.I - Finale
Here we are, the day has finally come🥋
This isn’t just a short documentary.
It’s our attempt to capture what can happen when Tekken training becomes shared, structured, and intentional.
Over three days, players from different places and skill levels trained side by side in a structured format.
Not just playing sets, but learning on purpose: theory, practice, one-to-one coaching, and real feedback.
People leveled up - but more importantly, they stopped feeling alone in the process.
And the coaches didn’t just “deliver lessons”: they connected, felt the impact, and took something back with them too.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed by what to work on, or disconnected from your local scene, you’ll recognize the problem this camp was built to solve.
It’s not about being a pro.
It’s about having the right environment to grow.
This wasn’t meant to be a one-off.
The next edition won’t be a copy of the first - it will be shaped around real needs, across countries and communities.
If this experience resonates with you, take part in shaping what comes next.
Join the waiting list for future ErnieDojo Tekken Camps - wherever you’re based - and tell us about your biggest challenges as a player or as a community.
Your input will directly influence the next edition 🔥

ERNIEDOJO TEKKEN CAMP - Behind the Scenes - Interview #3: The King of H
So, as promised, here we continue our journey toward ErnieDojo Tekken Camp Vol. I.
#1 Discover Your Talent
There isn’t much more to say, except for one last thought that came to my mind a few days ago and that connects everything I said before (check the previous tweet if you missed it).
We said that a game lives only if there is a community, and that a community lives only if there is something to hold on to - something that gives you a reason to keep being part of it.
And we also said that events like this feed that need to belong to something.
But there’s another reason why creating more community-oriented events is important: during these events, you can discover talents you would never have found otherwise.
Talents that can help your community grow in many ways, or help it gain recognition.
I’ve known @thekingof_h for a long time, but only thanks to the Grand Final of the ErnieDojo Tekken Camp, I discovered that he’s an extremely talented caster, in addition to being a very strong player.
He has deep game knowledge, fluent speaking skills, and great passion.
You can in fact see it yourself 'cause he's done a great job at Invictus 2026 this weekend and at Execution Offline, Road to EVO organized by @SuperAkouma in 2025.
Just like @neiaa_tk, who gained recognition through @Kayane’s events for her Tekken skills, we’ve now discovered that @thekingof_h can be a future good caster - one who just needs a boost of confidence to keep pursuing this path, and maybe more opportunities that I hope they will happen soon.
Not only within the italian scene, but who knows… maybe even internationally.
He was just an example, but new players always bring something new, and community-oriented events accelerate the process of the "generational shift" that every sequel of a competitive game lives and NEED.
CONCLUSION
I’m done with the interviews, even though I still have many more to share, but I don’t want this to become “too much.”
However, I still have one more thing to show you this week.
Something special I wanted to give to everyone who was part of this project and believed in me, and also to those who weren’t directly involved but were impressed and shared their appreciation.
Thanks for reading and…
see you soon! 👀

ERNIEDOJO TEKKEN CAMP – Behind the Scenes – Interview #2: Wolfrost
In this interview, we shine a light on Wolfrost, a player who started playing with Tekken 8.
Not being a long-time veteran, it's the exactly why his perspective is valuable.
He touches two themes.
#1 Connecting with People
The first theme reinforces what Pollidipollonia (in my previous tweet) shared about the value of feeling welcomed and having the opportunity to connect with people who are on the same journey and share the same passion.
Connecting is not always easy.
Simply putting setups and letting people play isn’t enough because people don't connect because they share a space.
They connect because they share experiences.
And those experiences need structure.
At the ErnieDojo Tekken Camp, 40 players came from different regions.
To make connection possible, we designed the event intentionally:
3 TYPES OF LESSONS:
- theoretical;
- practical;
- individual.
These were the backbone of the day:
learning-first, focused, intense.
3 OPTIONAL SIDE EVENTS:
- Beat the Pro;
- Team Battle Tournament (live streamed);
- Final Tournament (live streamed).
Fun fact: we expected everyone to be completely exhausted after 10 hours of lessons.
They weren't 🤣
From 9:00 am to 1:00 am, people joined every single activity. For three days in a row.
We didn't expect that of course, but I learned that this is what happens when connection is designed, not hoped for.
The Team Battle and the Final Tournament are moments I will never forget.
Even though we faced some inconveniences - I won’t pretend that every part of my very first event, especially within such a complex structure, went perfectly.
We were forced to use a PC setup after losing our capture cards (lesson learned: always have backups), but the setup started lagging badly at the very beginning of the Final Tournament.
At that point, we chose to prioritize the live experience of the participants over the content.
Until @andreatomfilm, who was part of our staff, stepped in and worked his magic, allowing us to stream at least the Top 8 - and giving me one of the best moments of my life.
I’ve never seen that level of energy before - and you can see yourself in some of the Twitch clips linked below ❤️
#2 Practical Value
The second theme focuses on the practical value.
Not theory for theory's sake.
Not inspiration without direction.
He talks about:
- the excitement of developing skills that would have seemed impossible without the support of more experienced players.
- the understanding of how to practice, not just what to practice.
And that kind of learning changes behaviour, because you don't go home overwhelmed, living the same stressful ranked routine.
You go home motivated.
And in the end he expresses his desire for more events like this - an important insight for organizers around the world 🔥
But we’ll talk more about that tomorrow at 14:00 CET!
Thanks again for reading.

Unforgettable set. I managed to reset 3-2 and then I lost 2-3, and I was happy like I had won

In the end, during the Final Tournament, the Grand Final was played by two of my very first students - who became more than friends, and true sparring partners. At that point, the video speaks for itself❤️ @KebabDrinker @Nech0k
