@Argos_Online is a perfect example of how NOT to handle customers. Closed down their argos card app to migrate over to the new finance company and new app... but the new service isnt working, cant re-register and cant make any payments. Phone line opens at 9am - call to make a payment and "phone lines are at capacity, try again later". Youd think theyd overlap the old service with new while customers transition over. never got the email from them with new details ahead of the switch. piss poor customer journey planning
