@davidfelsmann @WhoCntrl You have been unsuccessful with the app because no one wants to use it. It’s a broken UI and a lousy UX. No one will give money to an unfocused team. When everyone is increasing prices, you are unable to find takers even at 50% discounts. 👎👎👎

@davidfelsmann @WhoCntrl You sold lifetime licenses for $300 2 years back. You wasted that money on your spoils and did not work on the app. Now you offer discounts on a broken app which has been abandoned in a booming PKM market. Weird business decisions indeed that are difficult to explain!!

@gestor_duarte @napkin_ideas It’s not worth even a fourth of that price. Which is why people have left them. The team lacks focus and has hardly done any work since they launched. Complete failure in PKM space.

@IdeaFlowGraphs is full of flow rather than friction. This is kind of what I expecting from @napkin_ideas but that platform such a clumsy UX.

I have around 5000 PDFs and documents that I want to LLM through, what's the best current way? ie I want to be able to ask things like "What do we know about X?" "Show me some documents that discuss Y" etc.

@raycastapp has destroyed @alfredapp. The lazy Alfred developers took their market for granted and refused to improve their app over the years. It feels bloated and outdated while Raycast is refreshed and feels part of MacOS.

@alfredapp Never understood why this app exists now that competition has swallowed its market. Can’t even do a simple conversion out of the box with Alfred.

Alfred 5.1.4 was released last week. Grab the latest update in-app or from our website. If you're using macOS Sonoma, please update to 14.1 as well; It resolves the rendering bug that was affecting Alfred in the earlier builds so the two now work in perfect harmony. :)

Currency conversion on @raycastapp works out of the box. Replicating it on @alfredapp needs a forum search, download of a repository, adding custom action, getting API key ($12/month), troubleshooting the action 🤦‍♂️. I am struggling to understand why I waste my time and money.

@yasser_elsaid_ AI apps charged the moon and beyond for limited functionality alpha versions and all hyped up sales pitch. Churn was expected.

Churn for all the new AI startups is brutal. Many are just excited about AI and just want to play with it for a few weeks. Churn was at 22% in the first few months of Chatbase. Now we're down to 13.5% as we are trying to not be a 'just a ChatGPT wrapper' and add more features for customer support, lead generation, integrations, analytics, etc.. It's beautiful to see churn go down and hopefully we'll be sub 8% very soon!
