@NickButchart it took a few months for my nerves to “heal” after that surgery but the immediate relief was great.

Yesterday morning I had back surgery to fix a herniated disk that was pushing against my nerves causing severe pain for three weeks. I was very happy to wake up with the nerve pain running down my leg completely gone. I just have a lot of muscle pain around the incision now that will take some time to heal. Looking forward to getting back to my normal routine

Trying to stay positive from my back injury Twelve days off my routine, not exercising at all, takes a toll on the mental health

@NickButchart I feel that except it’s been impossible weather here for walking. It def takes a toll.

@lilacwater_ If you block, then immediately unblock, it removes them without them knowing they were ever blocked I’m pretty sure

Sometimes I wish I could remove followers without having to block because it feels less aggressive

@NickButchart Probably due to angry piriformis after the Bulgarian squats. If you know how to stretch them Out get onto it and it will help a lot!!

Dealing with some back pain since yesterday. I sneezed this morning and it felt like someone took a sledge hammer to my sciatic nerve. Trying to stay positive though!
