Flight controllers chose to exercise an additional orbit before starting the IM-1 Mission landing sequence. The new anticipated landing time is 1724 CST. Thunderblade goes past 8TB and up to 32TB and offers the RAID-1/4/5/10 redundant options... 1M2 is single blade bus-powered performer. Some workflow intersection & uniqueness.

oh I like the specs of the Express 1M2, I have not used it. Looks like a single NVMe, bus powered, and a tad faster than Thunderblades which require a power adapter. As far as FCPx performance vs RAID5? I just don't know, I've only used Thunderblades. @OWCLarry probably knows. The 8TB Express NVMe is cheaper than what I paid for my 4TB Thunderblade a few years ago. The Express would be perfect for road trips, maybe get one a NAB.
