It’s all about making an IMPACT!!! If you are a coach, never get complacent!! As soon as you signed up to be a coach you lose the right to be selfish, you have a responsibility to mentor, teach, and develop!! Causing one smile on a young man’s face at a camp could make his year!

Oh yeah it’s JUICE TIME because the BEAST word of the day is the E…ENERGY!! In our building the definition is no matter the event, time, place, or emotion you are responsible for bringing the energy and maintaining it. We are competitors by nature, we want the ball in our hands! We have a predicated passion for just winning and with that comes the power to get people excited. Whether it’s a big catch, a takedown block, a crazy jab step to make the defender look lost. You have the power to uplift someone’s energy and attitude just by doing what you love. With this great power comes great responsibility. This responsibility is maintaining the energy at the lowest point even if it feels like the hardest thing to do at that moment because just like in Brotherhood, we lose the right to be selfish when others depend upon us. We cannot ride the roller coaster of emotion, whether it’s a football game or life, we have to understand it’s just for the moment and we hold the power to make a difference for ourselves and others. 🦁 #BEASTMENTALITY x #ENERGY

ONE7 Training will offer WR & TE training sessions for this summer. I take great Pride in the development of Wide Receivers & Tight Ends, as I played both positions and truly appreciate the art of route running.

All of these things can be done at a high level with good effort which is the B in BEAST!  #BEASTMENTALITY x #BROTHERHOOD
