Once a washroom staff at one of the terminals of Delhi airport told me that an upper class woman left the loo in a poor condition and when the staff told her she should have flushed properly, she retorted, “What are you then employed for?” * +

An alternative perspective on low salaries of workers in NCR: When consumers walks into the market, price is often the only deciding factor. Many are willing to accept a “kaccha bill” if it saves money. They don’t mind buying from unethical companies. They don't care if the product is imported products from China, Taiwan, or Bangladesh if it’s cheaper. This mindset flows through the entire value chain. When distributors approach shopkeepers, the response is similar. Quality, intellectual property, and ethics take a back seat. Cost and service are what matter most. In such an ecosystem, ethical companies that pay taxes, invest in R&D, build IP, and focus on engineering struggle to compete. They are up against players who bypass regulations, cut corners, influence decisions through informal means, and rely heavily on low-cost imports. On top of that, large OEMs often push these companies to operate on extremely thin margins. The challenge doesn’t end there. Productivity is further impacted by absenteeism and lack of professionalism in the blue-collar workforce. During elections, harvest seasons, festivals, and family functions, workforce availability can drop to nearly 50%, leaving companies with little control and mounting losses. The reality is far more complex than the narrative often portrayed in films featuring icons like Amitabh Bachchan or Dilip Kumar, where business owners are depicted as exploitative Seths and workers as helpless victims. In truth, many companies are simply trying to survive in a system where low-ethics, low-IP, trading-driven businesses have a structural advantage. In such conditions, limiting salaries is often not a choice, but a compulsion.

In 2009, I built a company from scratch that grew into a thriving business with US clients. I hired several people from a particular community and gave them stable careers and good salaries. Instead of gratitude, they constantly bashed Hinduism in the workplace. I defended my faith with knowledge and facts, but my US clients kept shielding them. After 14 years, in 2023, they ganged up with a major US client and tried to force me to resign from my own company and hand it over to their ringleader. When I refused, they attempted to freeze my company accounts. I fought back legally, unfroze everything, transferred the funds, and fired them all. But the damage was done. Other employees sided with the ringleader. The US client immediately cut my access to all files and emails and started working directly with him — effectively staging a coup in the company I had built. The ringleader had even groomed and married a Hindu woman, and had introduced another girl (Sheeba, later revealed as Shraddha) in office parties. Today, at 50, I have lost the company I created with my own hands. This is the reality many seculars will never accept — but it is 100% true. Be careful who you empower in your own house.

Absolutely sick of Bollywood pushing this fake narrative that business owners and entrepreneurs exploit the workers and steal from the government in the form of taxes. They have absolutely no idea how thin the margins are and pain they go through everyday to run a successful company. This bullshit has been spewing for eons and villainising the entrepreneurs who are job creators and pay taxes to run the governments and defence. Btw, entrepreneurs get no compensation from the government if it’s in loses. Any serious country would treat its business owners and job creators as heroes that run the economy.

So the Nasik cops worked as undercover housekeepers at a TCS BPO to see if the Muslim managers there were influencing Hindu staffers towards Islam? Aren’t the cops supposed to manage law & order instead of eavesdropping on coworkers’ conversations in a private office? Priorities!

This is what I have been warning about. Social media and whatsapp are a powerful tool. Psyops using them are a national security threat. These violent protests, I am sure, are a result of such instigation by adversaries no matter what their grievance. The adversaries are turning our own people against the nation, the government, and society. They are turning people against one another. It is an organized operation. India has been very, very apathetic to this for years now. There's not even an acknowledgement from the GoI on this. It is already costing India a lot economically, geopolitically, and in soft power. It will cost more if India still remains apathetic - protests and riots, political instability, economic woes, and may be eventual regime change like Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and others.

#WATCH | Delhi: Wife of Army Brigadier, Nitasha says, "On 11th April, around 9.45 PM, my husband and son went for a walk outside... They came back searching for his mobile and mentioned that two people were sitting in a Mercedes car and they were consuming alcohol. My husband and son tried to explain to them that this is a respectable society, and you are not supposed to do this. They started using abusive language and passing certain illicit comments, as I was also there. We called the PCR vehicle... The cop came, and he was about to take my statement. This individual, who was in the driving seat, made him speak on his mobile to someone. The cop came back, and he refused to write my statement... 7-8 goons came out from a cab, and started assaulting both my son and my husband. I went back to the cop who was sitting in the PCR van, requesting him for some assistance. But he refused... At around 10.45 PM, we went to the Vasant Vihar police station. There was a lady cop there who misbehaved with us, saying that we troubled them in the night... The PCR cop had reported to the police station the wrong vehicle number... We were not provided any medical assistance. Finally, we were able to give a written complaint to them at 2.13 AM..."

This is exactly the kind of mindset that prevents our nation from being a manufacturing powerhouse. According to this person, working in a factory is bad luck of our nation. So only working in an air conditioned office is what makes you accomplished in life? This guy is probably earning more than the average person working in an office with similar years of experience. We NEED more of such skilled and talented people working in manufacturing. If everyone is teaching and working in an office, who is building the real things? And then they cry about the fact that we import everything from China.

A 71-year-old widow in Jaipur got a call from "her bank." "Ma'am, your account has been compromised. Please share your OTP to secure it." She shared it. ₹3.8 lakh — her entire savings — gone in 4 minutes. She went to the bank branch the next morning. The manager said: you shared the OTP. We are not responsible. She went home. She stopped eating properly. Her son said she kept saying "maine galti ki" — I made a mistake. She filed a complaint anyway. The Banking Ombudsman ruled: the bank's fraud detection system had failed. A transaction of this size, pattern and speed should have triggered an automatic alert. It didn't. Bank ordered to refund ₹3.8 lakh in full. She didn't make a mistake. The bank's system did. A 71-year-old woman blamed herself for 8 months. A court told her she was wrong to do so. Save this post. If you lose money to a phone fraud — file with your bank in writing within 3 days. Then file with the Banking Ombudsman at bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in. The bank's liability doesn't end just because you shared an OTP.

BEFORE YOU DIE AS A MAN, DO THIS: 1. See your 6-pack once. 2. Deadlift 2x your bodyweight 3. Do 10 pull-ups straight 4. Travel solo. 5. Quit something that's killing you. Job. Habit. Relationship. 6. Build something of your own. Business. Project. Doesn't matter. Just yours 7. Be the fittest in your group at 40 8. Wake up at 45 with no medications. 9. Look in the mirror, feeling proud and inspired. 10. Most men will never get here.

A man died. His family filed a term insurance claim with PNB MetLife. PNB MetLife refused to pay. Their reason: the policyholder had a pre-existing illness he "didn't disclose." The family went to consumer court. Then NCDRC. The commission looked at the case. Found that the alleged suppression was not linked to the cause of death. PNB MetLife ordered to pay ₹22.75 lakh in full. The insurer's appeal dismissed. An insurer tried to use a pre-existing illness as a reason to deny a death claim — even when the illness had nothing to do with how he died. A court said: that is not a valid reason. Pay the family. Save this post. If an insurance company rejects a death claim citing a pre-existing condition — ask one question: was that condition the cause of death? If not, courts have consistently ruled it cannot be used to deny the claim.

Your pajamas are deactivating one of the most metabolically useful tissues in your body every single night. Brown fat burns stored white fat and blood sugar to generate heat. An NIH study found that sleeping at 66°F increased brown fat volume by 42% in one month. Sleeping at 81°F erased it completely. The difference between a cool room and a warm one was a measurable shift in metabolic activity, insulin sensitivity, and glucose processing. The partner variable stacks on top. Skin-to-skin contact triggers oxytocin, which suppresses cortisol through an entirely separate hormonal pathway. Cortisol drives sugar cravings and fat storage. So you get two independent cortisol suppressors firing simultaneously: one from temperature, one from touch. Nobody's losing weight because they're naked. They're losing weight because they're cool enough to activate brown fat and calm enough to keep cortisol from wrecking their appetite. The nudity is just the most efficient delivery mechanism for both.
