It’s $9.79 in states like California That’s a 146.6% price increase In 2019 these exact same watermelons were just $3.97 at Walmart If they only kept up with inflation, the price should be $5.12 today. Meaning they are are priced 91% above what inflation is It’s not inflation. It’s corporate greed and monopolies controlling the market
