@PolicyExpert absolutely disgraceful!! We've been with you for 7 years, renewing every year. This year renewal is nearly triple last year's premium! From £300 last year to £900 this year, no explanation given when i asked why. At least highway robbers wore a mask!

Hi my policy number is Policy number: 35888000542358; I would like to cancel my renewal, it has been renewed automatically for a couple times, it’s such a strange customer service, your online cancellation button does not work ask me to call you, you added unnecessary layer to avoid customer to cancel your policy!! @PolicyExpert On hold over 40mins. Was double charged for a new online policy. Received a technical error message asking to call to confirm payment. Online chat is no better. Appears theres issues & call volumes you're not prepared for. Not a good start with a new customer
