@ShopifySupport Hey there, that wouldn’t be the problem as I don’t have BT internet. The problem is with JavaScript loading on Shopify websites in the U.K.

@Protein_Package Thank you for confirming this. I have passed this on to the relevant team who are investigating currently. I have seen many reports of there being an issue with BT internet connection in UK today so this may be what the problem is, I will get back to you here ASAP -Ivy

@ShopifySupport Yes to both, the issue persists. This is on the latest versions of every browser, I just checked Chrome, Safari and Firefox for updates, we’re on the latest one.

@Protein_Package Thanks for checking all this. As this seems to be specific to merchants based in the UK we need to check if this is an ISP issue. Can you please try accessing using mobile internet and through the browser on your phone too? (1/2)

@ShopifySupport No they don’t and live chat doesn’t load either. They load a little as it used stored cache, if in incognito they don’t load at all.

@Protein_Package Thanks for sharing - it's hard to tell but am I right in saying the sites load on Google for you, but not safari? Are you able to attempt to access our live support chat using another device? -Ivy

@Himansh78915793 @ShopifyDevs This has been ongoing since last week, I have reported it numerous times to @Shopify and @ShopifySupport since then but haven't got anywhere as of yet.

@ShopifyDevs looks like Shopify Abandoned Checkout is broken. The Shipping Address details of customers are not being captured. We have tested this on multiple stores. Is there any ongoing issue?
